We had a beautiful view from the 35 floor at Marina Bay Sands Hotel, I had to stitch the view to get it all in. The rooftop pool is a great relief from the heat of Singapore.
The shopping centre attached has a channel with boats floating thru the middle.
There is one photo showing what is know as the flower garden which lights up at night. They could do with a larger viewing area at night as it was quite crowded.
